The Shiseido Anessa Perfect UV Sunscreen Skincare SPF 50 Gel is a hybrid sunscreen formula which contains Octocrylene, Ethylhexyl Salicylate, Homosalate, Titanium Dioxide, Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine, Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate, and Ethylhexyl Triazone.
The Shiseido Anessa Perfect UV Sunscreen Skincare SPF 50 Gel reduced 84.67% of irradiated UVA, 78.87% UVB, and 84.31% of total UVI. Mediocre UV filtering results unfortunately.

The Anessa Perfect UV Sunscreen Skincare SPF 50 Gel had slight thinning towards the center of the slide. You can see evidence of the low viscosity of the formula by the presence of lotion squeezing out from under each side of the slide cover.

Compared to the Perfect UV Sunscreen Skincare Milk from the same Anessa product line, the UV protection of the Skincare Gel is not very good. I would stick with the former.
