In this CeraVe Ultra-Light Moisturizing Lotion with SPF 30 sunscreen review, I find a moisturizer with SPF 40-50 UV protection. As always, thanks for the sample Christi!
One of the things I look for in a product is value – Whether that’s buying a Radeon rx480 video card off facebook marketplace, and getting an rx580 instead, or buying a 6 piece chicken Mcnugget box at Mc’donalds, and finding 7 inside! Wait a minute, maybe I just like free…Does value mean free? What does value mean? Who am I? What am I here on earth for? What is the meaning of life?
Anyways, what I meant to do is segue into this moisturizer product and tell you all how amazing it is that it comes with SPF 40 level of UV protection while only promising SPF 30. Did I do a good job? Probably not. Oh well, I’m eating matzo crackers and it spiked my blood sugar so my headspace is a little fuzzy.

Prepared slide BEFORE testing
The CeraVe Ultra-Light Moisturizing Lotion with SPF 30 sunscreen distributed quite strangely. I believe it was from air bubbles being trapped in the formula from the “big shake” prior to creating the sample. Either way, it did not reduce protection in a meaningful way.
